My dear pal Tina took this photo of us during a holiday brunch at the home of the ultra-hostess, Katie J (count 'em, four breakfast casseroles, including grits, yum). Rob was a trooper, driving 9 hours from Boston to Pittsburgh and then willingly spending the week with my family, followed by a 12 hour drive back. (headwinds?). So he has earned many points in my book.
So with the new year comes the actual year of this whole event thing. Maybe that's not amazing to anyone but me.
All is well in Boston. We are stripping wallpaper to beat the bandits.
